In order to provide qualified workforce to our institution, we recruit with "the right person for the right job" and "selection of people according to the job" and to make our institution preferred by qualified people.
Recruitment
When a recruitment need arises for a new position in connection with the strategies and goals of our institution;
- Internal and external resources are evaluated by considering the job description and the competencies required by the job.
- Detailed information about the searched positions is announced via internet recruitment websites and newspaper ads.
- Interview invitation organization is carried out by Human Resources.
- Interviews are carried out gradually by the Human Resources and Department Manager.
- Submitted to the approval of the General Manager in line with the positive decisions taken jointly.
- Candidates who are positive are offered a fee.
- Positive candidates are searched for reference.
- It is ensured that the candidate, whose employment document list is submitted, submits the documents 3 days before the start of the job.
- Negative candidates are informed by phone.
Fees and Additional Benefits
Fee: Paid on a monthly basis, on a net or gross wage, according to the contract. The wages of our employees; Education is determined in line with the changing wage scale depending on foreign language knowledge and experience. Food: Lunch, dinner and breakfast are provided for our shift workers by the SARDUNYA firm. Dental Treatment Discount: Special discounts are applied to our employees and their relatives in our hospital. Employee discount is 40% for the employee and his first degree relatives, and 20% for other relatives that the employee reports within a certain limit. Workplace Doctor: We have a workplace doctor who only intervenes in the illnesses of our employees and is responsible for the treatment of their illnesses.
