In addition to prosthesis and orthotics applications, I continue my studies in orthopedics, prosthesis and orthotics departments of various universities and as a lecturer at Bahçeşehir University, Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation.

 

In our clinics, we are aware that the prosthesis process requires personal attention, and from the beginning of the prosthesis & orthotic applications; We provide services in an environment of trust in the subjects of correct positioning of the patient, stump care, bandaging and compression applications, temporary prosthesis application, prosthetic and orthotic rehabilitation studies with our physiotherapists, gait analysis and biomechanical adjustments with laser, and then follow-up of the prosthesis & orthosis user.

 

* While the prosthesis is applied to the amputee, the socket is made by experienced specialist prosthodontists and should keep the stump stable. The socket suspension of the prosthesis should be good.

* Adaptation of the prosthetic leg and arm must be complete. In our center, 3D Gait analysis and static and dynamic biomechanical adjustments of the prosthetic leg are made by the Prosthetic Orthotics Specialist.

* In prosthesis applications, the amputee must be well prepared for the prosthesis process. A good prosthesis and a good prosthesis user amputee is the secret of a successful application. In this regard, we prepare the amputee for prosthesis use with our expert physiotherapists in our clinic. We strengthen your muscles. We provide prosthesis use training. Amputee stump muscle strengthening exercises and prosthetic rehabilitation are given by our expert physiotherapists at CAN ERDEM Orthotics Prosthesis Biomechanics Center. Prosthetic Rehabilitation process includes differences from other physical therapy and rehabilitation practices. Our amputee users, who have undergone a personalized prosthesis rehabilitation process, provide prosthesis adaptation more easily.
