Our patients have the right to benefit from healthcare services within the framework of justice and equity principles. They have the right to receive services regardless of race, language, sect, gender, philosophical belief, economic and social conditions.
 
Information and Requesting Information
To know the probable causes of the disease and how it will progress, who, where, how and how the medical intervention will be done, and its estimated duration,
 
Learning about other diagnosis and treatment options and the benefits and risks of these options, and the possible effects on the patient's health and possible complications,
 
Informing about possible benefits and risks that may arise in case of rejection,
 
To know the important properties of the drugs to be used,
 
Having knowledge about lifestyle recommendations that are critical to his health,
 
It has the right to request oral and written information about how to reach medical help on the same subject when necessary.
 
Selecting and Changing the Health Organization and Personnel
It has the right to choose and change the health institution and to benefit from the health services provided in the healthcare facility it chooses, to learn the identities, duties and titles of the physicians and other healthcare professionals who provide health services.
 
Privacy
They have the right to receive all kinds of health services in a confidential environment.

During medical intervention, he / she has the right to provide information appropriate to the situation of the disabled and to obtain his / her consent in medical interventions and to benefit from the service within the framework of consent.

It has the right to receive health care in a safe environment.

The health facility has the right to fulfill their religious duties within the limits of its possibilities and within the framework of the measures taken by the administration.
 
Dignity and Comfort
Respect, care and attention, in a friendly, gentle, affectionate environment, all hygienic conditions are provided, and all noisy and disturbing factors have the right to receive a health service.
 
Having Visitors and Companions
It has the right to accept visitors within the framework of the procedures and principles determined by the health facilities and to have companions within the limits of the health facilities of the legislation and if the physician deems appropriate.
 
Complaint and Right to Action
In case of violation of his rights, he has the right to use all kinds of applications, complaints and lawsuits within the framework of the legislation.
 
OUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS PATIENTS
 
 To act in accordance with the rules and practices of the health institution and organization it applies to and to act with the awareness of being a part of the diagnosis and treatment team with an approach to participation.
 Providing as complete and accurate as possible about his complaints, previous illnesses, treatments and medical interventions he received, medications he currently uses, if any, and information about his health
 Coming for control at times determined by the physician and providing feedback about the progress of the treatment
 Complying with the appointment date and time and reporting changes to the relevant place
 Respecting the rights of patients and other patients and staff who are prioritized according to the relevant legislation
 Not acting verbally or physically attacking the staff
 Contacting the patient communication unit when he / she thinks that his / her rights are violated or has a problem
**** This regulation has been prepared within the framework of the Ministry of Health patient rights regulation numbered 23420.
 
About Your Application
 
You can submit your opinions, suggestions, thanks, problem solving and complaint applications regarding patient rights regarding the health service you have received. Your application will first be evaluated by the relevant health institution.
 
In case your application cannot be resolved or upon your request, it will be examined by the "Patient Rights Board" established within the provincial health directorate and it will be decided whether there is a violation of patient rights.
